The Flower Factor

PROJECT
Jill at The Flower Factor required a simple site that would be availabe and correspond with the leaflet and business cards she gave out whilst attending various shows and events showcasing her flower designs.

Jill needed to show her portfolio within the site, breaking down her designs into categories, with the opportunity of adding more photos as time goes on.

SOLUTION
The IT Geeks worked closely with Jill, discussing the colour scheme, logo design and overall layout of the site. We came up with a Flash gallery to enable Jill to showcase her designs, which added a different feel to that of a standard slide show.

We also added a page for her Scheduled Events, giving Jill the ability to add the dates and venues of the shows and events she would be attending, allowing potential clients the opportunity to view her designs.

Property Cube Ltd

PROJECT
The professionals at Property Cube Ltd were looking for an upgrade to there existing website that would give them the abilty to showcase their property investments and there new lettings side of the business. They had a limited budget but wanted a feature packed website that they could maintain with ease. One of their main goals was to allow registered users to look at properties in the UK and overseas and download documents related to the properties.

SOLUTION
The IT Geeks worked closely with Property Cube Ltd on their site desgin and its usability. With daily conference calls and weekly meetings we helped the clients design grow and change to there exact requirements, but still keep our suggestions for site effectiveness in mind. The overall project was received with great happiness by the client and an appreciation of value for the features and look of the site.

The Administration Geek was looking for a company to work with on a long term basis to help design and promote their new business. As a company with local knowledge, we were a perfect fit to help them reach local business from both Internet and advertising. The brief was simple, The Administration Geek required a simple but elegant website that would illustrate their services and allow users to contact them with required work and upload through the website.

SOLUTION
The IT Geeks responded by working closely with The Administration Geek on their site desgin and usability. Each aspect of the design and testing was validated with the client before proceeding, making sure each party was satisfied on all aspects of the website.

Kevin and Dave of Millennium Models came to The IT Geeks looking for a local web design company who could offer them not just design and implementation of their new business website but to also help them in other areas of the business, such as networking, Internet access and PC repairs. As The IT Geeks offer a wide variety of services we were able to help them get their business up and running both on the internet and in their shop. After several meetings we gathered all specialised criteria they required for their website, such as the ability to upload products on clearance themselves without the reliance on The IT Geeks changing the website.

SOLUTION
The IT Geeks were happy to accommodate all Kevin and Dave's requirements at a price that would help them get their business up and running on the Internet. They had looked at other companies but the price for a simple one page website was too expensive. The IT Geeks created a fast and efficient website but with all the requirements requested at a price that was less that half what other companies were charging.

S R General Maintenance required an update to their existing website to make it more modern and to highlight their work and experience. They contacted us wanting to change their current web design company and design and we were happy to discuss what they required and what options were available. As they are a small company their expenses were limited so we helped them keep costs down.

SOLUTION
As The IT Geeks do with all their other clients, we sat down and discussed all aspects of the web design to make sure that they were happy with the design and price. The website was made to be clean and simple with easy navigation and an emphasis on showing the customer examples of their work.
